FX2 Funding: The Same Percentage Can Describe Different Loss Models
FX2 Funding's programme page lists a 1-Step route with a 6% trailing label, a 1-Step Pro route with a 6% fixed label and a 2-Step route with a 10% fixed label. This 24 October 2026 guide explains why the reference definition matters as much as the number.

Keep the selected route with its label
The reviewed page identifies different evaluation routes; a shared percentage does not make their calculation methods identical. Save the full programme name, version, stage and stated loss definition together before comparing account sizes.
These are selected page labels, not a complete rule audit, personal quote or tested account. Other limits, trading conditions and reward requirements can apply independently. Dynamic zero counters on a marketing page are not used here as measured trader or payout totals.
An original fixed-versus-moving illustration
Define two fictional models, unrelated to an actual FX2 calculation. Model A fixes a 6,000-unit distance below an initial 100,000 reference, giving a 94,000 floor. Model B uses the same 6,000-unit distance below a specified moving reference that later reaches 104,000, giving a 98,000 floor.
The arithmetic differs because the reference differs. This example deliberately defines its own moving reference; it does not establish whether an FX2 programme uses balance, equity, a daily close, an intraday high, a lock or another condition. Those definitions must come from the actual selected terms.
| Model | Illustrative arithmetic | Unresolved real-programme field |
|---|---|---|
| A: fixed reference | 100,000 − 6,000 = 94,000 | Applicable actual reference |
| B: defined moving reference | 104,000 − 6,000 = 98,000 | High, clock and lock definition |
| Same distance | 6,000 invented units in both | Not equal remaining headroom |
| Actual account | Exact programme terms required | No compliance determination here |
Use the reference card to expose uncertainty
Record the percentage or distance, reference amount, observation time, reset behaviour and any lock condition in separate fields. If one is missing, mark the calculation incomplete. Do not choose whichever interpretation makes an observed trade appear compliant.
A Singapore writing locale does not establish provider acceptance or a local service. No evaluation, withdrawal, software test or actual account calculation was performed for this guide. The illustration is a bookkeeping comparison, not a personal risk allowance.
Compare another programme using the same fields
A useful comparison keeps route and loss-model definitions explicit rather than ranking providers by a percentage alone. Fees, platforms and reward eligibility require their own current sources.
The optional HashHedge invitation below concerns a separate programme. FX2 labels, references and outcomes do not transfer through the link. Review the destination's own current conditions before registering.
