Prop Maintenance Calendars: Planned Windows Are Not Account Outcomes
A maintenance notice describes a planned or observed service interval. A calendar copy can display it locally without establishing the actual account outcome. Keep the source version, window and later status evidence separate.

Identify service scope and window type
Record the provider, affected service, source publication, planned start and planned end. Mark whether each time is scheduled or observed. Order entry, withdrawal, market data and account access can have different scope, so do not extend one notice across every operation.
If an ICS reminder is used, retain the original UTC or properly specified timezone. An unqualified floating wall time can display as the same clock reading in different zones rather than identify one fixed instant. The calendar is a personal aid, not an actual service-status receipt.
Convert a fictional midnight-crossing interval
Take a teaching planned window from 23 October 2026 at 15:30 UTC to 16:15 UTC. In Singapore, that displays as 23:30 on 23 October to 00:15 on 24 October. The 45-minute duration is unchanged even though the local date changes.
Reaching 00:15 on the diary does not prove that maintenance ended. A later actual status observation and any individual request outcome remain separate records. If the provider extends the window, preserve the new notice version instead of silently editing the original evidence.
| Record | UTC | Singapore UTC+8 |
|---|---|---|
| Planned start | 23 Oct 15:30 | 23 Oct 23:30 |
| Planned end | 23 Oct 16:15 | 24 Oct 00:15 |
| Duration | 45 minutes | 45 minutes |
| Actual resumption | No evidence supplied | Not established by calendar endpoint |
Check evaluation conditions independently
The related resource preserves this site’s earlier maintenance-calendar method. HashHedge’s current product and account conditions need their own review; the fictional window grants no waiver or permission and supplies no actual account status.
The optional sponsored link offers programme information. This page changes no service, subscribes no calendar and retries no operation. Its useful result is a correctly dated local interval with actual resumption and account consequences left to their own evidence.
